Folap, S.A. de C.V. is responsible for collecting your personal data, for how it is processed and for its protection. We may request the following identification data: name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, academic background, credit history, affiliations, age, marital status, legal representatives, powers of attorney, articles of incorporation, proof of business address (electricity, phone, water or cable bill), proof of address of the legal representative, CURP, copy of official ID and authorized signatures, official form R1 and RFC tax ID certificate or, where applicable, duly filed annual ISR and IETU tax returns, and a lease agreement if the premises are not owned.
Information protection
We apply appropriate physical, technological and administrative procedures to protect the information we collect. Personal and financial information is stored in controlled databases with limited access.
Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) rights
You may exercise your ARCO rights over your data, provided your commercial relationship with us has been settled, by sending a request to datospersonales@grupokasto.com, or at the address and phone number listed at the beginning of this notice.
Data transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed within our company and by third parties with whom there is a customer, supplier or other relationship, so that those companies may purchase from you or sell you the goods and/or services we supply or require.
